ENTREPRENEURS FROM SMALL INDUSTRY COMMITTEES
Training course for SMALL INDUSTRY
designed for entrepreneurs with Piccola Industria Confindustria membership about the key themes of the System's programme lines.
The training path is a workshop for the growth of companies and the country, promoting debates on the Piccola Industria's priorities for the immediate future as well as on the scenarios for its development, with a perspective on SMEs' continuing growth.
The training activities meet the following objectives:
- To focus on Small Industry's identity and values, starting from the knowledge of the elements that distinguish our System today, together with its planning capacity and the future prospects for its development. Businesses today are experiencing an epochal change; it is necessary to face the changes not only to be well prepared, but also to promote business culture, in order to re-discover the importance of the entrepreneur, which is the protagonist of change and reference for the territory.
- To strengthen the managers' ability to work proactively, because the real challenge for the future will not just be to defend interests but to represent them in the best possible way.
- To increase the awareness of one's own role within the System and the country; to provide the useful tools so that the entrepreneur can simultaneously act as interpreter and representative of the associative base as well as the social reality.
- To promote the values of innovation, awareness and planning in order to define a vision of the future and commit to realising it.
- To strengthen the fundamental role of the regional and provincial committees. To facilitate and develop the dialogue between the Committees on the territory by promoting a closer coordination.
The training course:
- includes the realisation of one or more annual residential meetings, lasting two days;
- provides for the involvement of high-profile testimonials on topics of interest and current events.
