The training courses offered by Sistemi Formativi Confindustria as part of the GOL program are 8 and fall within the following Paths:
PATH 2 – “Upskilling” Update
The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:
- Intervention 1: "GREEN MARKETING"; 50 hours;
- Intervention 2: "DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION"; 100 hours;
- Intervention 3: "EXCELL 1st AND 2nd LEVEL"; 50 hours;
PATH 3 – Reskilling
The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:
- Intervention 1: "ENERGY MANAGEMENT"; 150 hours;
- Intervention 2: "CYBERSECURITY AND ETHICAL HACKER"; 150 hours;
If you are interested, you can directly contact your Employment Center (Centro per l'Impiego) to schedule an appointment for the GOL interview. If you meet all the requirements, you will be assigned to one of the Paths and you can indicate to the operator that you want to carry out the planned activities with SFC.

OBJECTIVES
The "Energy Management" course aims to retrain professional skills in the field of managing development programs and implementing innovation projects focused on green and sustainability, with particular attention to the impact on the new technologies sector and digitalization, highly demanded by successful companies, multinational corporations, specialized consulting firms in efficiency systems and environmental consulting, as well as communication entities and agencies operating in the field of CSR and sustainability.

METHODOLOGIES EMPLOYED
The training intervention will be conducted as follows:
- In-person, through classroom lessons, each lasting a maximum of 4 hours, for 50% of the course hours;
- Through synchronous Distance Learning (FAD) for the remaining 50% of course hours.
