PATH 2 - Upskilling Update
The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:
- Intervention 1: "GREEN MARKETING"; 50 hours;
- Intervention 2: "DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION"; 100 hours;
- Intervention 3: "EXCELL 1st and 2nd LEVEL"; 50 hours;
PATH 3 - Reskilling
The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:
- Intervention 1: "ENERGY MANAGEMENT"; 150 hours;
- Intervention 2: "CYBERSECURITY AND ETHICAL HACKER"; 150 hours.

OBJECTIVESThe program aims to develop in-depth and updated professional knowledge and skills in Cybersecurity, enabling participants to master strategies and the use of attack vectors, emulate methodologies, skills, and creativity of a hacker, operating with the authorization of the owners of the target computer system and taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the results of their investigation remain confidential.

METHODOLOGIES EMPLOYED
The training intervention will be conducted as follows:
- In-person, through classroom lessons, each lasting a maximum of 4 hours, for 50% of the course hours.
- Via synchronous distance learning (FAD) for the remaining 50% of the course hours.
