Sistemi Formativi Confindustria(SFC) is a joint-stock consortium, owned by Confindustria (relative majority shareholder) and has 94 members: Industrial territorial and trade Associations, training organisations and service companies linked to the Associations themselves, management schools, training companies or companies with departments or divisions responsible for training and linked to the Confindustria System, the Luiss G. Carli University and Il Sole 24 Ore Formazione.
SFC implements the priorities identified by the Inter-association
- with the School of System programmes (from the Neo-Presidents to the Winter University, from seminars for Directors, to the Form In for new recruits, to specialists for services to member companies, etc.);
- with major awareness campaigns on priorities for businesses;
- financing with national and international funds, with Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti and, for the System School, with the associative 'quasi-market'.
In critical phases such as the current one, in order to be able to maintain a high level of attention on the structural reforms that the competitiveness of the country and the enterprises need, it seems to us essential to reinforce what is already being done by the various association components, through effective coordination and the finding of dedicated resources.
In order to support and strengthen the widespread adoption of more effective organisational behaviours, Confindustria has renewed its internal organisation by bringing together in a single strategic area the functions of associative development and the development of Human Capital, aware of the need to focus the energies and efforts of all the components of the system in order to modernise organisational models.
