The 2022 edition of the Innovation Days project includes a series of information and training events to look towards the future under the banner of innovation. The initiative is realised thanks to the collaboration with Confindustria, Sole 24 Ore and 4Manager.

The roadshow will include eight workshops where companies, institutions and research centres will meet to share successful experiences, new projects, resources and operational tools to achieve sustainable and digital transition. Eight chances for in-depth analysis and information, to seize the opportunities for recovery and increase companies’ resilience thanks to digital and sustainable innovation.

Each stage is divided into two sessions: a morning dedicated to the main political, entrepreneurial and institutional focuses linked to the themes of innovation and related to the host territorial contexts, and an afternoon of technical and operational in-depth analysis in which to discover how to answer the questions that many companies are asking: How can the energy efficiency of a production site be achieved? Why is it important and how is the Life Cycle Assessment of a production process carried out? How is the Carbon Footprint of a company calculated? What are the opportunities offered by sustainable and impact finance tools? Why will it be important to draw up a non-financial statement to compete in the markets? What skills are needed for the transition? These and many other questions will be answered by sustainability experts and managers.

During each stage, there will also be a "speed dating" session for companies interested in identifying skills and managers with whom to develop useful partnerships for the transition.
