Members and Stakeholders


SFC is a joint-stock consortium owned by Confindustria (relative majority shareholder) and by more than 70 members including business associations, service companies, training organisations, management schools and associated companies.

The members of the Consortium allow SFC to be present on the training and financial planning market with a strong territorial presence and a network structure that facilitates the exchange of information and experiences, the dissemination of know-how, the valorisation of excellence and the promotion of major projects for companies and for the association system.

TRAINING PATHS

The training courses offered by Sistemi Formativi Confindustria under the GOL program consist of 8 courses and fall within the following Paths:

PATH 2 – “Upskilling” Update

The project by SFC is called Forted and includes the following courses: 

  • Intervention 1: "GREEN MARKETING"; 50 hours;
  • Intervention 2: "DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION"; 100 hours;
  • Intervention 3: "EXCELL 1st AND 2nd LEVEL"; 50 hours. 

PATH 3 – Reskilling

The project by SFC is called Forted and includes the following courses: 

  • Intervention 1: "ENERGY MANAGEMENT"; 150 hours;
  • Intervention 2: "CYBERSECURITY AND ETHICAL HACKER"; 150 hours.

If you are interested, you can directly contact your Employment Center (Centro per l'Impiego) to schedule an appointment for the GOL interview. If you meet all the requirements, you will be assigned to one of the Paths and you can indicate to the operator that you want to participate in the activities planned with SFC.

  • TITLE

    Excel Level 1st and 2nd

  • TARGET AUDIENCE

    Unemployed individuals
  • OBJECTIVES

    The training course aims to develop the necessary computer skills to use Excel at the 1st and 2nd levels.
  • METHODOLOGIES EMPLOYED

    The training intervention will be conducted as follows:

    • In-person sessions, with a maximum duration of 4 hours each, covering 50% of the total course hours;
    • Synchronous Distance Learning (FAD) for the remaining 50% of the total course hours.

    At the end of the training course, an assessment will be conducted through either a multiple-choice test or a theoretical/practical examination.

  • DURATION

    50 hours

  • CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION

    A certificate of attendance will be provided upon completion.

  • File, folder, and worksheet management, data insertion and modification, selection techniques, formatting, column row, and cell management;
  • Formulas and functions, graphical representation of data, worksheet printing.

MODULE 2

  • Multidimensional data analysis, pivot tables and charts; what-if analysis;
  • Advanced functions, study and application of families of advanced functions.
