What we do
Sistemi Formativi Confindustria contributes to the growth of managerial culture and process innovation within the Confindustria System, for SMEs and Public Administration. It carries out its mission through the promotion and coordination of training activities and funded projects.
The continuous exchange of knowledge with stakeholders makes possible to anticipate and understand the training needs of the system and the companies and, at the same time, to disseminate at national level the results and best practices of the interventions developed by the members in the area.
