“Guaranteed Employability Program for Workers - GOL"

Free Professional Training Offer


The training courses offered by Sistemi Formativi Confindustria under the GOL program are aimed at residents/domiciled individuals in the Lazio Region, who are not already benefiting from other active labor market policies and who fall into one of the following categories:

  • Recipients of social safety nets while in employment;
  • Unemployed individuals receiving NASPI or DIS-COLL benefits;
  • Recipients of the Citizenship Income;
  • NEET youth (under 30 years old);
  • Women in disadvantaged situations;
  • Individuals with disabilities;
  • Mature workers (55 years and older);
  • Unemployed for at least six months;
  • Self-employed workers ceasing activity or with very low incomes;
  • Workers whose income from dependent or self-employment is below the threshold of insufficiency according to tax regulations.

The courses, ranging in duration from 50 to 150 hours, aim at updating (upskilling) and/or retraining (reskilling) workers who have exited or are at risk of exiting the labor market. They are structured in 4-hour sessions, with 50% conducted in-person at the Viale dell’ Astronomia 30 venue, in the EUR area of Rome, and 50% conducted remotely via the internet.

If you meet all the requirements, you will be assigned to one of the Paths and you can communicate to the operator your desire to participate in the activities planned with SFC.

TRAINING PATHS

The training courses offered by Sistemi Formativi Confindustria as part of the GOL program are 8 and fall within the following Paths:

PATH 2 Skills Update "Upskilling"

The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:

  • Intervention 1: "GREEN MARKETING"; 50 hours;
  • Intervention 2: "DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION"; 100 hours;
  • Intervention 3: "EXCEL 1st AND 2nd LEVEL"; 50 hours.

PATH 3 – Skills Refinement "Reskilling"

The SFC project is called Forted and includes the following courses:

  • Intervention 1: "ENERGY MANAGEMENT"; 150 hours;
  • Intervention 2: "CYBERSECURITY AND ETHICAL HACKER"; 150 hours."
FORTED - UPSKILLING

Green marketing

OBJECTIVES: The training course aims to develop updated knowledge and skills in the principles and techniques of sustainable marketing, with particular reference to green advertising.
DURATION: 50 hours.
CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be provided

FORTED - UPSKILLING

Digital Content Creation

OBJECTIVES: The overall goal of the course is to develop updated knowledge and skills in the creation of projects tailored to digital media and to follow all stages of content creation and management.
DURATION: 100 hours.
CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be provided.

FORTED - UPSKILLING

Excel 1st and 2nd Level

OBJECTIVES: The main objective of the training course is to develop the computer skills necessary to use Excel at levels 1st and 2nd.
DURATION: 50 hours.
CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be provided.

FORTED - RESKILLING

Energy Management

OBJECTIVES: The "Energy Management" course aims to upgrade professional skills in the management of development programs and implementation of innovation projects oriented towards green and sustainability, with particular attention to the impact of new technologies and digitization.
DURATION: 150 hours.
CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be provided.

FORTED - RESKILLING

Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacker

OBJECTIVES: The course aims to develop in-depth and updated knowledge and professional skills in Cybersecurity, capable of mastering strategies and the use of attack vectors, imitating methodologies, skills, and creativity of a hacker.
DURATION: 50 hours.
CERTIFICATE/CERTIFICATION: A certificate of attendance will be provided.
