SFC acts as a point of synthesis between the needs expressed by the demand (companies, association system, Public Administration) and the opportunities coming from the offer (training schools, service companies), responding to the need to

• coordinate the training interventions of the System
• make them coherent with human capital development policies and the association's management team
• guarantee strong recognition and a certain quality standard.

The company's activities are structured along four fundamental directions:

1. strengthening the overall capacity to intervene in quality training
2. to disseminate innovation in businesses and public administration approach to relevant matters
3. contributing to the development of the territory
4. to contribute to the creation of an integrated school-training-enterprise system.

Given the purely institutional aims, SFC is a non-profit organisation and does not distribute profits to its members.
