SFC in the System

SFC is the "operational arm" of Confindustria for training. It works and interacts within the System to define objectives, themes and guidelines for the development of human capital:

  • identify, manage, motivate and evaluate the training needs of the Association Network
  • transfer key messages for changes in the System
  • put into practice the training policies dictated by the confederal top management and its competent bodies (in particular the System Technical Training Group).

SFC identifies as its internal stakeholders:

  • the Associative System, made of Confindustria, the Technical Structures of the Confederal System at national, local and sectoral level and, indirectly, the whole system of associated companies
  • SFC members of the Consortium, which include the Associations of the Confindustria system, companies, and training bodies, enterprises
  • Human Resources, including staff working for the company and the association system.

Alongside these privileged interlocutors, SFC develops relations with a wide network of external stakeholders including:

  • Institutions and the Public Administration, which are often contractors of SFC’s projects (among others: the European Union, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Policies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Interprofessional Funds for Continuous Training)
  • The Territory and the Community, reached mainly indirectly and in the long term, through the effects produced by the many initiatives promoted by the Company.
  • The Suppliers (teachers, designers, researchers, consultancy companies, etc.) selected and reliable partners with whom SFC builds a relationship of trust and collaboration and who contribute with their professionalism to the success of the initiatives and the high quality of the services offered by the company.
