Paola Previdi graduated in 1997 in Work and Organisational Psychology at La Sapienza University of Rome. She completed her education at ISTUD and SDA Bocconi, and has been a registered psychologist since 1999. She has worked at Ernest & Young (from 1999 to 2004) as a resource coordinator and, in a similar role, at Pfizer (from 2004 to 2005). She joined Confindustria in March 2005, quickly becoming the Head of Operational Coordination of Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and Association Training. Since March 2015, she has been the Manager in charge of the "Human Resources Development Project" in Confindustria aimed at Confindustria's Personnel and carries out support activities in the System Directors' Working Group dedicated to Human Resources and Training.
