Who we are
SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria is a joint-stock consortium that plans and coordinates training, research and development and technical assistance initiatives - both at national and local level – with the aim to:
- support the development of the Confindustria Association System
- sustain the competitive growth of SMEs
- support the modernisation of the Public Administration
All SFC initiatives are characterised by a high level of quality and secure professionalism, as required by its membership of the Confindustria System and the company's strategic mission.
SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria was created in 1993 following the final transformation of the ENFAPI Confindustria Association (National body for education and professional training in the industry).
More than 80 members currently belong to the SFC consortium, which constitutes a widespread network throughout Italy. These include leading management schools, prestigious training centres linked to the confederal system, industrial associations and companies. Confindustria is the relative majority shareholder.
SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria:
- is subject to management and coordination activities pursuant to art. 2497 bis of the Italian Civil Code by the parent company Confindustria
- is certified ISO 9001:2015 for the design, development and provision of training and related research and technical assistance services to businesses and institutional bodies
- is one of the organisations recognised by Law 40/87 (private organisations that manage training activities falling within the scope of state competences as per Article 18 of Law no. 845 of 21 December 1978)
- is a body accredited by the Lazio Region for the provision of training and guidance activities
has been registered in the list of training organisations for mediation authorised under number 226 of the Ministry of Justice register
