Potenziare i sistemi di formazione aziendale: la "lesson learnt" dall'emergenza COVID-19

In this period of compulsory smart working, the profile of those in the company who deal with all aspects of learning processes has been particularly stressed.
The company tutor, who supports apprentices, Training Manager, who updates the employee development plan, together with the "senior" workers, i.e. experts and holders of know-how who support the formal and informal learning processes in the company, have all invested their commitment even during the COVID19 emergency.

SEAL Senior Learning Value project is dedicated to senior workers profiles and it aims to bring out the functional competencies to ensure this profile is able to interact not only in the company, but also in the increasingly important spaces of co-design of learning processes between the company and the school, university, company and community.

Under the patronage of Erasmus+, SFC leads the European working group that, at this stage, is committed to collect information to bring out all the skills and relationships that this profile is called to manage.
If you are a Human Resources manager or if you deal in general with learning in the company (Trainer, Company Tutor, Apprenticeship Manager, Training Designer for the company) we invite you to answer the questionnaire on line (the compilation takes 10/15 minutes) to help us, thanks to your experience, to better focus on the various aspects of the theme.
