Launched in 2018, the Legislative Monitoring is an initiative promoted by Confindustria and implemented by Sistemi Formativi Confindustria with the support of 4.Manager. It aims to keep businesses updated on all the European and national regulations that significantly impact their governance.
In 2018, thanks to the Legislative Monitoring, 3,330 entrepreneurs and business managers were trained and updated on topics such as the new privacy regulation (GDPR) and electronic invoicing. In 2019, activities continue with high levels of participation, focusing on themes like:
- "Business Crisis: Pros and Cons of the Bankruptcy Reform"
- "The Reform of the Guarantee Fund for SMEs"
- "The New Paradigm of Italian Electricity in Light of the Clean Energy Package"
