SFC invites you to participate in the meeting "NEW METRO PROJECT: A common, resilient approach to mechatronics emerging skills" that will be held on 25 March 2022, online and in presence from 11 am to 1 pm.
The event is planned to conclude the KA3 Erasmus project NEW METRO, that is designed to develop the sector skill alliance on mechatronics and it involves 7 countries, 9 partners, and a growing network of 9 associated public and private partners.
The final event will:
- Present the main results of the sector skill alliance, including the European competence framework of the Mechatronics Higher Technician
- Share the NEW METRO challenge, a transnational training experience for students involved in the Mechatronics Higher Technical courses.
- Discuss new challenges for mechatronics including green mobility, integrated management of renewable energies and system thinking skills applied to the design of "ethically sustainable" products and production processes.
- Gather participants' interests and suggestions concerning the development of new projects in the various emerging fields of mechatronics, with a particular focus on mechatronics for the green transition.
If you are interested in getting to know the working group better and in taking part in any further projects on the topic, we invite you to take part in the final event, by filling in the form you find at the following link
