This year's edition will specifically focus on projects outlined in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

This year’s edition will specifically focus on projects outlined in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)
The new cycle, realised with the support of 4.Manager and Sistemi Formativi Confindustria, kicks on May 4th in Milan, in collaboration with Confindustria Lombardia.
The revamped format the course emphasizes interaction and networking. The opening seminar, moderated by journalist from Il Sole 24 Ore, will be available both via live streaming and in-person. It will focus on fostering dialogue between the business community and local institutions, addressing key issues faced by the local production companies.. Subsequent workshop stages will provide numerous networking opportunities, starting with a light lunch, and continuing with the Speed Date mechanism, facilitating collaborations and exchanges between companies as well as matching supply and demand form managerial skills.
The spacious Agora, created for each stage, will allow participants to connect with a diverse range of speakers who will discuss projects, services, operational tools and development paths for digital and green skills. These resources are made available to managers and companies through the Confindustria System and Federmanager. It will be an invaluable opportunity to explore new business models, discover emerging opportunities, assess the digital and sustainability maturity of the one's own company and meet potential customers, suppliers, partners and collaborators vital to business development and carriers advancement.
