Health and Safety at Work 4.0 Project: Informational Meeting with the System
On September 28, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the first informational meeting on the "Health and Safety at Work 4.0 Project" will take place online, involving directors and safety managers from various associations within the system.
The project, carried out by Confindustria in collaboration with SFC and Sicurezza 4.0, a startup from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," aims to conceive and disseminate initiatives and essential tools in the evolution of workplace safety culture. Within these initiatives, a digitalization process of information and communications related to workplace safety, health protection, emergencies, and first aid has already been initiated.
The meeting with the system on September 28 will be an opportunity to understand the objectives and principles that led Confindustria to promote the project, focusing on the use of technology in safety management as an essential factor, almost an obligatory choice for those who want to effectively engage in risk prevention. Among the initial initiatives promoted, the adoption of three safety-related apps, namely Audio Safety, Vigilanza 4.0, and Safety Control, has been highly effective. These apps will allow for the straightforward management of new information obligations stipulated by Legislative Decree 104/2022, known as the Transparency Decree.
During the meeting, coordinated by Confindustria's Labor, Welfare, and Human Capital Area, there will be a focus on the function of these apps and their innovative significance in terms of health and safety, in line with the new approach recently established by legislation regarding the role of the person in charge and the responsibilities of employers. The meeting will also provide a practical demonstration of the utility of these tools.
