Sistemi Formativi Confindustria launches the third edition of the AMA-DIH project, an initiative promoted by Confindustria and 4.Manager aimed at integrating the skills of a team of currently unemployed managers to enable them to support the Digital Innovation Hubs within the Confindustria network in providing companies with first assessment services of digital maturity and cybersecurity, to facilitate their digital transition.

The objectives of the project are clear and ambitious:

• Engage 30 Innovation Managers to actively lead our initiatives.
• Conduct 300 assessments on digital maturity and Cyberassessment at as many companies across the entire national territory.

AMA-DIH 3 will be officially launched in Rome on February 19th, with a training day dedicated to the presentation of the Industry 4.0 Test and Cyberassessment. Subsequently, on February 23rd, a webinar will be held focusing on the use of this new Assessment tool, aimed at providing Innovation Managers with advanced skills for its use.

The main innovation this year is the introduction of Cyberassessment, which adopts a similar approach to that proposed with the Industry 4.0 Test, consolidated in previous editions of AMA-DIH to assess digital maturity, but with a specific focus on cybersecurity. The Cyberassessment, developed in agreement with the Confindustria DIH Network and thanks to collaboration with the Cyber 4.0 and Start 4.0 Competence Centers and with the Piemonte Innova Foundation, incorporates the dictates of the National Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC 27002 standard into a single tool and aims to be recognized as a national Reference Practice at UNI. Following the administration of the Assessments, the DIHs and involved Innovation Managers analyze the results and provide the company with a development roadmap, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, industry benchmarks, and possible actions to bridge gaps and achieve specific innovation objectives.
