The "In Rete" project aims to foster business growth with a network perspective, integrating the requirements from all the Associations within the System into a unified training plan. This contributes to the improvement of institutional activities and promotes the professional development of human resources.
The project, designed for managers, executives, and employees of the Associations affiliated with Confindustria and the companies associated with entrepreneurs who hold certain associative roles, is divided into six main categories:
