SIX SIGMA
The Six Sigma methodologies represent a modern and rigorous approach to business management. The training program provides the personnel of chemical companies with the necessary skills to manage energy-saving projects.
The training actions focus on the positive transformation of energy and environmental issues, improving sustainable development strategies and the technical-professional skills of human resources.
The project is divided into two training actions:
- Six Sigma Green Belt, which provides knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies in the chemical industry and prepares participants for managing simple energy-saving projects.
- Six Sigma Black Belt, which deepens the knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, providing the skills required to manage complex and intricate projects.
The training program is aimed at managers and employees of companies in the Chemical Industry who adhere to the "National Collective Labor Agreement for employees in the Chemical Industry, Chemical-Pharmaceutical, Chemical Fiber, and ceramic, abrasives, lubricants, and LPG sectors."
The program has implemented 57 training actions for a total of 4,544 hours involving 343 workers.
