100 Youth for 100 years

Distance Learning Platform

On the occasion of its centenary, Confindustria decided to pay special attention to young people and their transition from the academic world to the world of work, promoting an initiative aimed at 100 highly potential young individuals.

The project aims to facilitate the integration of recent graduates into the Representational System, supporting them in understanding the organizational and institutional dynamics of the associational network. It has a total duration of 12 months and is characterized by an on-the-job training process, associated with one or more internship experiences and interspersed with moments of classroom and distance learning.

The distance learning (FAD) component has been entrusted by Confindustria to Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and is designed to convey foundational content that fosters a gradual convergence of knowledge and the creation of a platform for sharing and deepening the topics of the program, including the download of educational materials, dedicated press reviews, and more.

The distance learning pathway that we have developed aims to accompany you in your experience within the associational system, providing a free learning space for the development of personal and managerial skills.

Here, you will find resources to delve into the themes addressed in the classroom, content to enhance your skill set, reflections to learn how to interpret scenarios, international markets, and the dynamics of the global world. Moreover, you'll also find tools to work more effectively and train for continuous and lifelong learning.

Within this space, we will discuss both technical and professional skills, such as management control, marketing, project management – essential for governing and growing the organization in line with the mission and values of the companies/organizations in which you operate. Additionally, we'll explore capacities like creativity, innovation, change, leadership, which you will need to develop regardless of your specific work context.

To achieve this, we have chosen to utilize multimedia stimuli, including video lessons, training capsules, and mini-handouts. These are lightweight tools that sometimes use languages seemingly distant from the business context but will help you develop the ability to learn from different sources, experiences, and contexts. These are resources that you can access in the most convenient way and at your own pace, and you can contribute by proposing and commenting.

It's an open window to the world to complement your training journey, but more importantly, it's a tool to train yourselves to be anticipators and interpreters of change.

In this space, young individuals will find resources to delve into the topics addressed in the classroom, content to bolster their skill set, reflections to learn how to interpret scenarios, international markets, and the dynamics of the global world. They will also find tools to work better and train for continuous and lifelong learning.

To achieve this, we have primarily utilized multimedia stimuli, including video lessons, training capsules, mini-handouts, which sometimes employ languages seemingly distant from the business context but will help young individuals develop the ability to learn from different sources, experiences, and contexts.

It's an open window to the world for integrating their training path, but more importantly, it's a tool for them to train to be anticipators and interpreters of change.
