ISTIS
The journey of a company towards the principles of excellence begins with the ability of its managers to respond to the challenges of international competitiveness.
It is with this spirit that Confindustria and Federmanager have launched the ISTIS Project to:
- Support the growth of managerial skills and the development of human resources.
- Support the development of management in terms of innovation and the reorganization of their companies, within the current global competitive scenario and some ongoing trends, such as the emergence of sustainability as a driver of managerial action.
- Develop the necessary skills to promote the development of "business networks," focusing on strategic, regulatory, and governance aspects.
Structure of the Program:
The training program is structured as follows:
- An individual assessment phase, through which each executive can build the most suitable path for themselves.
- Four face-to-face seminars on the topics of strategy, innovation, business networks, and human resources management. These can also be attended partially, based on the results of the assessment.
- A choice of a Study Tour (USA or Japan).
- Remote development of a business case, focusing on a company management issue, with the support of an on-call instructor.
- A final Follow-up day.
- A concluding event for the dissemination of information on the topic of innovation.
Target Audience:
- Executives employed in companies that are members of Fondirigenti, classifiable as small and medium-sized enterprises according to the community classification.
- Executives employed in large companies that are members of Fondirigenti and have a maximum of 20 executives on their staff.
- Executives who have been unemployed for no more than 24 months and were previously employed in companies of any size that are members of Fondirigenti.
Teaching Methodology:
Classroom activities, in addition to traditional lectures and case study discussions, will be conducted using the "Jazz Training" methodology, particularly suitable for participants with extensive business experience and a strong focus on strategic/operational activities. Like in a jazz band, strong participation of individual participants is expected, with participants encouraged to share their experiences, highlighting episodes from their professional lives and the methods they have used to solve specific business cases. This results in strong engagement from the entire classroom and, most importantly, the capitalization of each person's experience for the benefit of the group.
