The Ag.I.R.E. project, in line with the sector's needs, develops a Training Plan on the themes of energy-efficient building design, construction, and renovation, as well as the potential arising from the internationalization of the Italian offering based on technical expertise and the availability of technologically advanced solutions.

The Ag.I.R.E. Plan focuses on improving skills in two main areas:

1. Green Building Economy: The training plan focuses on enhancing knowledge and skills related to the Green Building Economy in various phases of the construction process, from design to construction and maintenance of buildings. The goal is to ensure that the principles and content are reflected in new methods of design and construction of facilities to contribute actively to the innovation of the construction sector and energy efficiency.

2. Internationalization: The training plan aims to develop the ability to analyze new international market areas, evaluate competitors, design and manage projects in more complex territorial contexts, such as rapidly growing economic countries. The objective is to train qualified resources capable of working technically in these contexts and adding value to Italian companies in the sector.

The training areas of the plan include:

• Internationalization: Provides technical skills related to export, tools for strategic marketing, techniques for identifying and selecting the target market, and specific aspects of international contract law, customs, and international transportation.

• Environment, Safety, and Organizational Innovation: Offers updates on regulations and technical provisions for managing environmental, safety, and occupational health issues. Promotes an integrated approach to management systems.

• Technological Product and Process Innovation: Updates skills on new design and construction systems, following the principles of the Green Building Economy and the use of ecological materials. Includes techniques to improve energy performance in construction.

• Qualification: Provides both managerial and technical training, including specific tools like Archicad, ECDL, foreign languages, and Geographic Information Systems management.

The project will involve 985 workers in training programs, with a total of 3,386 hours of training planned. Currently, 81 companies have already joined the plan, and more companies can join during the project's duration.
