PRINTING - Training Paths for Technical and Organizational Innovation in Graphics and Paper
Funded by Fondimpresa Announcement 1/2016 II Deadline, the "PrInTinG" plan aims to enhance the know-how of SMEs in the Graphics and Paper sector with respect to three overarching objectives:
- Updating production techniques in various segments of paper and graphics to enhance the uniqueness of skills and refine the capabilities of those involved in processing processes, in order to support the quality of the technical offering in both the domestic and international markets.
- Supporting the efficiency and modernization of SMEs' business management processes through the development of skills that increase the competitive advantage of commercial offerings and production, particularly in the adoption of ICT for administrative systems, marketing, personnel management, and supporting the reorganization of management processes from a "digital" perspective.
- Promoting the digitalization of production processes, especially when aimed at product innovation.
The project involves 52 companies, with 1,736 hours of training in which 239 employees will participate.
SFC Sistemi Formativi Confindustria s.c.p.a. leads the project partnership, with the participation of ASSOFORM ROMAGNA s.r.l., SKILLAB s.r.l., UNINDUSTRIA PERFORM s.r.l. The activities of these companies contribute to the realization of the project: TECFOR s.r.l., Adecco Formazione s.r.l., Il Sestante s.r.l.
Non-training activities are aimed at enhancing cooperation between companies and schools to encourage and expand the recognition of learning in contexts other than formal education. This is achieved through two main approaches:
-
The ability of companies to design in-company learning paths that align with the growth of knowledge, skills, and experiences of young people. To this end, the development of a guideline document for companies in the Paper sector to acquire project design skills for School-Work Alternation integrated into educational curricula is planned.
-
The ability of schools to identify and recognize production environments as qualitatively suitable contexts to provide continuity to students' growth paths, while acknowledging the methodological discontinuity. To this end, an event will be organized to update the productive context of the sector and simulate job interviews, including a plenary session with fifth-year students from the Liceo Sabatini Menna in Salerno.
