The program "CO.M.TECH." is aimed at a target group of 100 executives in the Lazio and Abruzzo regions and promotes skills for future leadership, enabling them to:
- Support a new way of thinking about the business model.
- Develop new paradigms for company culture based on the centrality of individuals in implementing technologies.
- Manage the impacts of digital transformation processes in terms of expanding productive ecosystems and collaboration dynamics both within and outside the company.
CO.M.TECH. draws inspiration from the emergence of the Industry 4.0 paradigm and the launch of the National Industry 4.0 Plan, integrated into a long-term industrial policy strategy. In this context, companies, together with the education and research and innovation system, will coordinate, implement, and expand the impacts of digital transformation pathways. The program is structured as follows:

24 hours divided into 3 sessions aimed at expanding and deepening knowledge in three main areas:
- Digital Innovation: How to create value in the company's process/product starting from the challenges posed by the technological breakthrough of Industry 4.0. Vision of emerging economic scenarios and drivers of business model changes. Technologies enabling solutions for product servitization and customization (IoT, Cloud, Big Data, Robotic Automation, Human-Machine Interface, Additive Manufacturing). Emerging Business Models (SaaS, Freemium, Service Subscriptions, Ad-Supported, Direct Sales, Pay-as-you-go, etc.).
- Agile Management: How to optimize the organization of people and processes to govern change. Disruptive innovation strategy and emerging organizational models. MTP (Massive Transformative Purpose), ExOS (Exponential Organization), and other organizational models.
- Innovation Enablers: How to accelerate and align with initiatives for Competitive Digital Transformation. Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH), innovation clusters, cooperation between industrial and service companies, collaboration with research centers and universities.

8 hours of webinars divided into 4 sessions dedicated to delving into the opportunities and challenges emerging from the new advanced technology scenarios. The topics include Smart Working, Customer Expectation and Engagement, Cyber Security, and Privacy in Industry 4.0.

8 hours of workshops on the theme "Research, Innovation, and Digital Transformation: Open Innovation for Industry 4.0." This session will be an opportunity to promote the emerging paradigm of Open Innovation and share experiences in business model innovation, understanding the factors for success and failure of integrated innovation systems between universities and companies for Digital Transformation. It will also address the issue of the necessary skills and competencies for growth in Industry 4.0.

32 hours of on-site mentoring in companies, where the executives will be accompanied by experienced consultants to develop skills related to the specific Company and Professional Digital Development Plan.
The faculty includes instructors from leading academic institutions involved in the development of the National "Industry 4.0" Program and the Advanced Education programs for the new managerial class.
