After the kick-off meeting in July, marking the official launch of DI.S.T.I.CO, we have entered the first phase of the project dedicated to training meetings on the topics of Employment and Cohesion Policies. To date, the first editions of training courses dedicated to:
- Company crisis management, proposing an in-depth study of measures to support company crises in the current period of health emergency
- Culture of Safety, sharing the recent Protocols, the legislation and the impact on the company safety system that this legislation entails
- The training enterprise in relation to the challenges of Covid-19
- Active Labour Policies, presenting the governance systems and the measures related to Active Policies as they evolve during the Covid-19 emergency.

In the next few days, further editions on these and 10 other topics will be activated, in order to develop a training offer able to support Confindustria's officials, middle managers, technical managers and entrepreneurs with associative responsibilities in outlining the priorities for the development of Social Dialogue in the new global economic and social scenario.
