This is the challenge of the Project OPEN MOOD - Open Manager for the Open Organization, funded by Fondirigenti and carried out by CIS - School for Business Management, in partnership with SFC - Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and Forma del Tempo, to develop training models dedicated to the Open Manager skills.
So far, a sample of about 3000 competitive and innovative companies has been identified, to which a Questionnaire has been submitted to investigate what are the useful conditions to achieve a better and greater flexibility, adaptability and capacity for innovation by a contemporary organization.
