In a socio-economic scenario as new and in many ways complex as the one we are experiencing, characterised by a real industrial revolution induced by digital technologies and the need to shape industrial policy from a perspective of environmental and social sustainability, Sistemi Formativi Confindustria contributes through two projects as part of the Strategic Initiatives funded by Fondirigenti:
- The MATES Project - Manager for Sustainable Transition, created with the aim of intervening in the process of discovering and sharing with companies and managers the opportunities related to a new paradigm of sustainable development. The project analyses company organisational structures and the ways in which environmental and sustainability policies are defined and implemented in companies, along with the related skills and responsibilities of the figures in charge (learn more about the project and fill in the online questionnaire to participate in the survey).
- The OPEN MOOD Project - Open Manager for the Open Organization, conducting an in-depth analysis on Open Management, in order to define the conditions for a greater flexibility, adaptability and innovation capacity of a contemporary organization (learn more about the project and fill in the online questionnaire to participate in the survey).
For each of the two initiatives, the results will be the subject of a final publication, to be distributed to both companies and actors in management training in order to create and disseminate increasingly innovative and competitive skills for the managers of the future.
