Start of the DISTICO Project - Social Dialogue for Competitive Territories and Enterprises!
The Kick-off Meeting of the DISTICO Project will take place online on 29 July 2020 at 10.30 am.
"DI.S.T.I.C.O. Social Dialogue for Competitive Territories and Businesses" is a training project, financed by ANPAL within the PON "SPAO - Sistemi di politiche attive per l'occupazione" (Active Employment Policies Systems) and aimed at training and coaching the staff of the Associations and entrepreneurs with associative offices of the Confindustria System, accompanying them in a path of growth and development on the themes of Social Dialogue for the next two years.
The aim of DISTICO is to support training for the empowerment of institutions and social dialogue actors and to strengthen collaboration within the inter-institutional network, enhancing the involvement of stakeholders in territorial development plans.
The project was conceived by SFC and Luiss in collaboration with the Labour, Welfare and Human Capital Area and the Regional Policies and Territorial Cohesion Area of Confindustria, and is supported by an important territorial partnership including: Assindustria Servizi, Conforma - Confindustria Basilicata Formazione, Spegea Business School, Uniservizi.
The webinar of 29th July will be an opportunity to present the Project and its aims and above all it will allow to share with all the beneficiaries of the Project an overview of Confindustria's policies on the two pillars of the project, Labour Policies and Cohesion Policies. At this stage, in fact, it is essential to share the new programmes with respect to the challenges that the current socio-economic context imposes on us. With the DISTICO project Confindustria aims to make even more effective the participation of the Associations in the definition, implementation and monitoring of Cohesion Policies in the transition to the new Multiannual Financial Framework 2021/2027, as well as Labour Policies centred on the development priorities of territories and enterprises.
