In this third newsletter, we will tell you about the main topics covered, the activities carried out and the objectives achieved in the third semester of the project.

The first phase of the initiative is coming to an end, and all the beneficiary associations have experimented with the blended teaching method, which includes both classroom meetings and the use of synchronous online methodologies. The main objective is to update and share, with the territorial group of reference, the regulatory framework, the policy framework and the strategies of Confindustria for Social Dialogue, related to Cohesion Policies and Labour Policies, which are the two macro areas of intervention,  

In the next phase of Distico, the project will switch from theoretical to practical workshops to share priorities for action and promote project plans with mixed groups of participants, from the technical structure of the Confindustria System and with the contribution of entrepreneurs with membership. Distico has taken on board the input from the European Union and is deepening its objectives and strategies.
