A total of 50 SMEs and 300 workers will be selected to participate in the VAL.U.E. C.H.A.IN. Competitiveness project, supported by the European Commission through the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) and coordinated by INAPP National Institute for Public Policy Analysis.
Taking part in the project by SMEs from Latium, Lombardy, Tuscany, the Autonomous Province of Trento and Sardinia will give them the opportunity to access free training on a wide range of digital skills, developed by the project partner training organisations, based on the European DigComp 2.1 standard.
Indeed, the project aims to develop digital skills although not strictly necessary for the performance of job functions, enabling the digital inclusion of workers over 50 and enabling them to interact with greater awareness in a work and social environment highly dependent on digital skills
SFC, as project partner, is recruiting 10 SMEs in Lazio interested in increasing the e-skills of about 60 adult workers, through in-person or online training, free of charge. At the end of the pathway, the certificate of competence will be issued, a validation and recognition device already defined by ANPAL and developed in close cooperation with the Regions and the Social Partners. in this way, the certificate can be used to meet the needs of the labour market.
The VALUE CHAIN's training offer is diversified in basic, intermediate and advanced level and addressed to 5 field of action (ADA in Italian), as codified by INAPP with reference to the Italian Atlas of Professions. Basically, at the end of the training courses, participants will have acquired skills ranging from the use of network browsers and data selection and organisation to the application of security measures and the identification of digital solutions suited to the organisation's needs, including an understanding of the copyright roles and the creation of digital content.
The SFC trainers selected by SFC are experienced professionals in each of the areas of activity and will be involved in the delivery of training, both practical and theoretical, until September 2022.
