Designed for export experts, the executive course aims to update the managerial, technical-specialist and commercial skills enabling Italian companies to compete in the global market.
The 72-hour course will be delivered over 3 months, from the 15th of September 2023 to the 16th of December 2023.
The training contents are structured according to 6 main themes:
- International and Geo-economic Scenarios
- Analysis of a company's internationalization potential and marketsโ choice
- International marketing and positioning abroad
- Business Development in foreign markets: negotiation, sales network management and e-commerce
- Export Management in practice: customs, tax and legal aspects
- Insurance and financial services for export and internationalization
Classes will take place on Fridays from 15:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 18:00 at the Luiss Business School premises, located at Villa Blanc, Via Nomentana 216, in Rome.
