The Third Edition of the 'Best Performer of the Circular Economy' Competition 2020-2021

After the great success of the first two editions, the competition "Best Performer of the Circular Economy" returns with the 2020-2021 edition, conceived by Confindustria, with the support of 4.Manager and in collaboration with SFC, to promote and reward companies that excel in the field of the Circular Economy.

The substantial support and appreciation from businesses and institutions for this initiative have allowed the collection of a significant and representative number of  case history. This highlights the capacity and attention of Italian companies to Circular Economy concepts and the value it brings to their production processes.

Confindustria and 4.Manager intend to continue systematically and consistently with communication and training activities related to sustainability, technical and organizational innovations, and legislative changes supporting the transition from a "linear" to a "circular" economy. In line with this approach, they have launched the 3rd edition, 2020-2021, of the competition dedicated to the Best Performers of the Circular Economy.

Starting from October 7th and running until May 31, 2021, all businesses have the opportunity to apply and participate in the new edition of the "Best Performer of the Circular Economy" competition by completing an online questionnaire.

This year also continues the mapping of the most significant case histories. After registering and making available 120 cases for consultation, the collection of projects carried out by companies that have embraced Circular Economy and sustainability as a development driver will continue. Companies can provide the materials and audio interviews necessary to apply to become one of the success stories, completing the fourth and final part of the questionnaire.

Companies that have participated in previous editions of the competition can also apply, with the exception of previous winners. These companies must highlight developments or changes that have occurred in their circular projects since their previous application, or they can present new circular projects initiated by the company.
