The course "Environment and Innovation: Understanding LIFE and the Innovation Fund" is set to take place in Rome on November 29th and 30th.

For the Confindustria system's technostructure, a new appointment with Altascuola training is on the calendar. The thematic focus is on European direct management funding in the areas of Environment and Innovation.

Registrations are open for the course "Environment and Innovation: Understanding LIFE and the Innovation Fund," which will take place on November 29th and 30th in Rome at Confindustria's headquarters, located at Viale dell'Astronomia No. 30.

The course is organized by SFC, the Brussels Delegation, and Confindustria's Area for Digital Policies, Value Chains, Life Sciences, and Research.

The first day will be dedicated to a deeper understanding of the LIFE Program's specificities, financial aspects, useful tools for identifying calls for proposals, as well as key elements in the evaluation process.

The second day will focus on analyzing the main features of the Innovation Fund, with a specific emphasis on the innovations introduced in the fourth call for proposals, which will be published in November. Among the key innovations are medium-scale projects, competitive bidding as a new financial instrument, new sectors such as the maritime sector, updates regarding the evaluation procedure, and reporting.

The training approach is practical and interactive, and exercises will help reinforce the key concepts learned throughout the two days. The limited class size of 25 participants will allow for a privileged relationship with the instructors and encourage mutual and constructive exchange.

The course will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues from different areas and associations.
