SFC Sistemi Formativi Confindustria Società Consortile per Azioni (SFC scpa), as coordinator of the European project "Grapes of Change: Tackling Violence in Wine Supply Chains" (Project No. 101195380), funded under the "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" programme (CERV-2024-DAPHNE), is seeking qualified experts to provide project management services.
The Grapes of Change project aims to develop tools and services to tackle persistent gender-based violence and discrimination in the European wine industry through a comprehensive 36-month initiative involving 14 partner organizations across 8 EU countries. The project focuses on:
- Establishing an observatory for the collection and monitoring of gender-based violence data
- Developing policies against gender bias
- Implementing targeted awareness-raising and training programmes for all stakeholders
- Promoting gender equality and safer workplaces in the wine sector
There are currently 2 profiles sought to contribute to:
- Providing project management and monitoring support services
- Providing communication and dissemination implementation support services for the project
The deadline for submitting applications is set for May 29, 2025. New deadline extended to 3rd of June!
