It is in this context that TRIREME – Digital & Green Skills Towards the Future of the Mobility Ecosystem comes into play. TRIREME is an Erasmus+ Blueprint project bringing together more than 30 partners from industry, the education and training sector, and social partners across Europe, in line with the Pact for Skills and the Automotive Skills Alliance.
Sistemi Formativi Confindustria is a project partner. The objective of TRIREME is to support the upskilling and reskilling of more than 14.6 million workers in Europe’s mobility, transport and automotive ecosystem, with a particular focus on SMEs.
The project aims to map the sector’s training needs, develop innovative and modular training pathways, and establish a pan-European Automotive-Mobility Academy, supported by an online learning platform.
To achieve these objectives, TRIREME is strengthening its network through dedicated Thematic Working Groups — open spaces for dialogue where sector stakeholders can actively contribute to defining the skills of the future.
We are looking to expand the network of organisations and professionals working in the mobility sector who are interested in connecting and engaging with European companies and training organisations committed to innovating training programmes and anticipating emerging skills needs in the labour market.
Why join a Working Group?
Joining is simple and free of charge for members. Participation involves only a limited number of meetings held every four months. Attendance is not mandatory, but is highly recommended in order to:
- Contribute to future skills strategies and policy recommendations
- Exchange good practices with other sector stakeholders
- Support skills needs analysis and workforce planning
- Increase your visibility within a strong European network
What can you do within the Working Groups?
- Contribute to the ongoing skills research and labour market analysis in the green mobility sector
- Validate methodologies and emerging occupational profiles
- Develop policy recommendations for European, national and regional decision-makers
- Identify emerging technologies and future training needs
- Peer-review educational materials and training resources
