DISTICO ss a Confindustria project for executives, managers and entrepreneurs’ training, aiming to empower the Confindustria’s techno-structure.

The project will be developed throughout 2020-2022, in a challenging time for the socio-economic system and for the Social Dialogue, and it is funded by ANPAL under the National Program “SPAO – System for Active Employment Policies”.
ANPAL is the national agency for active labour policies. It promotes people's right to work, training and professional growth, coordinates the national network of employment services and is responsible for the labour market information system.
DISTICO aims to develop Social Dialogue capacity building of the Confindustria’s professionals and Entrepreneurs associated companies.

The DISTICO training and coaching programme is based on two thematic areas: social dialogue for industrial relations and social dialogue for cohesion policies.

The project was designed by SFC and Luiss in collaboration with Confindustria Labour, Welfare and HR Department, and Confindustria Regional Policies and Territorial Cohesion Department. It is supported by a strong partnership made of Assindustria Servizi, Conforma-Confindustria Basilicata Formazione, Spegea Business School, Uniservizi.
