Top – Tertiary Learning

Sistemi Formativi Confindustria, in partnership with Skills Consulting, Solco, Consorzio Nexo, and Consorzio Sfide, is the lead entity for the training plan "Top – Tertiary Learning," which is financed under Notice 3/2018 II deadline from Fondimpresa.

The project aims to guide beneficiary companies in managing the ongoing changes through employee retention policies. These policies involve training HR professionals in technical, technological, and managerial competencies to enhance the quality of performance, recover operational margins, and gain competitive advantages.

The main development guidelines of the plan align with the following objectives:

  1. Enhance the qualification of production processes by promoting process and product innovation in line with the company's strategies and by adopting appropriate design and work management methodologies.
  2. Implement new organizational methods in business practices, workplace organization, or internal and external business relationships.
  3. Contribute to the dissemination and development of a digital culture to compete in new production and organizational paradigms.

The plan involves 50 companies from 8 different regions, specifically Lazio, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Puglia, Lombardia, Abruzzo, Sicilia, and Piemonte. The plan includes the delivery of a total of 2,322 hours of training.
