TASTE
The Taste project, dedicated to the agri-food industry sector, stems from a careful analysis of the sector's development potential, from which three priority intervention directions emerge: a path to improve company processes with the aim of integrating production peculiarities with the needs of integrated quality-environment-safety systems management, thus providing added value to the product that can be adequately conveyed through commercial and marketing systems to facilitate the penetration of the products into international target markets, including through the use of organized retail.

The training offered by Taste aims to:

Develop functional skills to initiate internationalization processes, especially for SMEs, particularly towards those non-European markets that are larger and more dynamic.

Adapt skills related to market analysis, including the ability to interpret product and company positioning indicators in reference markets, industry framework analysis skills, knowledge of tools for forecasting sector and market trends.

Adapt professional skills in integrated quality-environment-safety management to increase the company's reliability, especially with a view to approaching international organized retail.
TASTE by the numbers:

800 workers in production, processing, and marketing areas will be involved in training programs.

A total of 3,977 hours of training are planned.
-
104 companies have already joined the plan, and additional companies can join during the project.
