The Training Plan for Employees of Companies and Organizations Supporting Competitiveness

The training plan P.I.C. is designed for employees (managers, officials, clerks) of organizations and companies that provide services to support the competitiveness of the economic contexts and sectors in which the over 146,000 companies affiliated with the Confindustria System operate.

P.I.C. offers a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing the knowledge and personal and professional skills of the participants. It recognizes that a company's competitiveness is enriched by the skills of the human resources working within it.

The plan involves 4,200 hours of training across approximately 194 classrooms, with class sizes varying from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 26 participants. In total, P.I.C. engages 506 workers over a period of 13 months.
