"The Executive Programme, promoted by Confindustria and Luiss, with the support of Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and Luiss Business School in collaboration with the School of Law and School of Government, started on October 14. It is an absolute novelty in the Italian educational landscape, being the first program dedicated to Representation System Management.
The first edition is currently underway, with the participation of 18 young professionals, fifteen of whom have received scholarships. The program is divided into two phases: the first, Full Immersion Core Programme, includes four weeks of classroom training aimed at developing General Management skills for modern representation, with a strong focus on both the Italian context and international geopolitical scenarios. The second phase, Field Project, involves an internship with organizations participating in the program. The Executive Programme in Representation Systems aims to provide a set of tools and skills necessary to understand the organizational and institutional dynamics of the associative network in order to support its development.
