Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and INAIL present a program of training initiatives that align with INAIL's national campaign as required by the current legislation on Health and Safety at Work.
In compliance with Article 11 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, these training initiatives do not grant training credits for mandatory training, as stipulated by current regulations. Instead, they aim to cultivate a 360° culture of health and safety at work.
The program covers numerous topics, ranging from risk assessment tools to support prevention processes, certified systems for organizing and managing Health and Safety, safety in confined spaces, behaviors that enhance the effectiveness of emergency responses, awareness of safety as a shared value, an in-depth exploration of the economic value of safety, risk assessment for stress, and monitoring and intervention in cases of psychotropic substance abuse.
This initiative involves 1,500 SMEs and 8,000 workers across Italy, with over 125,000 man-hours of training scheduled over 18 months. The training will be delivered through a blended approach and employing the flipped classroom methodology.
Participation in this training project, facilitated through the involvement of all the stakeholders within the Confindustria training system, will help companies and workers increase their awareness of the responsibilities and roles of all individuals operating in the company, with a focus on working safely.
