Get ready for the Future of Mobility: join the September 26th Workshop on essential skills

The automotive industry is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by digitalization, the need to achieve carbon neutrality, and the emergence of new mobility concepts.

This change aligns with the European Union's Digital Agenda and presents new challenges for businesses in the sector, which must integrate advanced IT solutions into their production and sales processes.

Digitalization not only transforms the way companies operate but also requires a highly skilled workforce. Traditional job roles need to be reskilled, while new competencies are becoming increasingly essential. To address these changes, it is crucial to map and understand the necessary skills, as well as to promote continuous learning and skills updating.

In this context, the European project "Digital & Green Skills Towards Future of the Mobility Ecosystem (TRIREME)" was born, with SFC as one of the main partners. Coordinated by the Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA) and supported by a consortium of 32 partners active in 15 countries, TRIREME aims to develop tools and initiatives to enhance skills in the automotive sector.

The project focuses on upskilling, analyzing training needs, and improving existing courses, with the goal of creating a European sectoral training catalog.

With these premises, we are pleased to announce an important event on September 26, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the ANIE headquarters in Viale Lancetti, 43, Milan.

The meeting, titled "Mobility and Sustainability: Emerging Skills," will be a unique opportunity to explore the main trends in the automotive and mobility sectors, with a particular focus on e-mobility. During the workshop, participants will have the chance to attend case studies and participate in an interactive session dedicated to the sector's skill development priorities, thus preparing both existing profiles and new professionals for future challenges.
