This accreditation recognizes the quality of our work and strengthens our capacity to support professional growth within the European vocational education and training sector. Building on the success of the MOVE IT experience, this achievement allows us to consolidate and expand European development opportunities for our members.
VET STAFF Mobility: Concrete opportunities
Erasmus+ VET STAFF mobility programmes offer professional development pathways for staff working in vocational education and training organizations. Specifically, they provide opportunities to:
- Participate in job shadowing** at leading European organizations in the training sector
- Conduct study visits** to explore innovative methodologies, practices, and educational systems in other countries
- Engage with European colleagues** on topics of common interest
- Develop competencies** aligned with European Education policies
Benefits for SFC Members
The accreditation enables you to:
- Access European mobility opportunities for your staff (trainers, coordinators, administrative personnel)
- Take part in outbound mobility from Italy to significant European organizations
- Host or participate in inbound mobility for exchanges with professionals from other European training ecosystems
- Benefit from Erasmus+ co-funding covering travel, accommodation, meals, and organizational costs
- Develop strategic competencies for your organization, anticipating the direction of European policies for 2028-2034
2026/2027 Mobility Plan: applications for MOVE FORWARD now open
The mobility plan for 2026/2027 is now active under the MOVE FORWARD project.
Programme features:
- Short-duration mobility (from a minimum of 2 days, excluding travel)
- Focus on strategic themes aligned with European Education policies 2028-2034
- Possibility to indicate thematic preferences and destinations of interest
- Opportunity to propose European partners or organizations you would like to visit or involve
How to participate:
To express your interest and take part in the 2026/2027 mobilities, you are required to complete the online form by February 12 at the following link:
